We seek a Digital Media Specialist to strategize, develop, execute and optimize campaigns across multiple paid digital media platforms. Primary Duties & Responsibilities
Develop and execute campaigns across search, display, programmatic audio and video, and social media platforms
Operate effectively as an individual and as part of the marketing team
Meet expectations and deliverables on time and in high quality
Conduct thorough online research for local and national industry benchmarks
Effectively develop strategic proposals and paid media recommendations
Accurately project budgets and audience levels within digital and social media platforms
Plan, build and implement campaigns
Optimize and manage campaigns daily
Interpret, report and make recommendations based on campaign data
Analyze data and communicate relevant points about a client’s digital strategy and performance to the Account Manager
Work with the Media Director and Account Manager to identify key areas of improvement for clients
Stay current with industry best practices and technologies

Knowledge of Google marketing platforms, including Google Analytics, Search Console and Tag Manager
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office suite products such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Works well in both large team environments and independently
Demonstrates analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to appreciate and contribute to a work environment that values integrity, adaptability, reliability, excellence and a commitment to learning
Work Experience Required
2-5 years of experience in paid media campaign planning, execution and management
Demonstrated knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads Manager, and other online and social paid media management platforms
Google Ads Certifications
Experience with Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics is a plus
