Rebrand
The Challenge:
Columbia Regional Aiport’s branding needed a refresh, an evolution. The existing logo and color palette were dated and leaned toward a very heavy, static feel which didn’t suit a brand centered around movement.
Our Solution:
With a beautiful new terminal opening in a couple of months, it became clear that the brand and space needed to complement and reflect each other. This became the central focus and wellspring of inspiration: a modern, clean, versatile brand that not only worked on many different media platforms but evoked a sense of movement and sophistication.
Our Execution:
We began with the development of mood boards, which served to identify the brand's new direction. Once the mood boards received approval, the team delved into logo development, meticulously refining the color palette, fonts, patterns, icons and even direction for photography. The result is a warm yet contemporary brand identity that mirrors the essence of the new terminal.
