Missouri Department of Elementary & Secondary Education
The Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE) looked to Bucket Agency with two primary objectives. First, they wanted to reach parents of infants and toddlers to educate them on both the importance of early childhood education and the resources available to them. Second, they wanted to create awareness and educate adults 25+ about the importance of these programs and the return on investment to the entire community.
Traditional mediums such as broadcast television and radio, along with high-impact digital like YouTube, CTV/OTT and streaming audio were used to reach the masses efficiently.
In order to reach parents of infants and toddlers, niche audiences were built out and targeted via social media platforms and programmatic mediums.
Campaign messaging was tailored to the audience based on their demographic and psychographic attributes.
